This course is designed to give an awareness of mental health conditions (MHC) for those who are working in a health and or social care role. The course highlights the significance of recognising signs and symptoms of MHC, the correct (and ethical) process when communicating MHC with other staff members and, the importance of demonstrating compassion/understanding when experiencing behaviour that can be difficult to understand or respond to.
