To provide underpinning knowledge and understanding of the process and formulation of person-centred care plans and to develop the knowledge and skills required to accurately document and record given care.

To promote the safety and well-being of all patients who require supportive care.

DESCRIPTION

By the end of the course, candidates will be able to:
