Do I have to complete my eLearning course in one go?

No. You can dip in and out of any of the courses, as much as you want. All progress is tracked so you can start back on the page you last left the course.

How do I access my eLearning courses?

At the top of our website you can click on the ‘Log in to your eLearning’ link. Since you’re asking, click here to open up your own Dashboard. Your Dashboard lists all the courses assigned to you. From there you can select the course you want to go through, to then launch it.

What devices can I open my eLearning on?

The courses have been designed to open in almost all browsers and devices. Desktop computer, laptop or an iPad – it’s up to you.

What times can I ring up for support?

Give us a call, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm for free support. If it’s outside these hours, email us at info@medexgroup.co.uk and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

How do I know when it's time to do a course again?

On your Dashboard the renewal date is displayed, on the far right column. To make sure you don’t miss this, you (or your manager) will automatically be notified a month in advance, when this renewal date is coming up.

What is the status column on my Dashboard all about?

This is to visually indicate whether an individual course has been completed or not…

If it’s red, you haven’t started it and you need to do it. Better get a move on!

Orange, means you have started it but not quite completed it. When you are ready, go get a brew and a Hobnob and see if you can finish it off.

Green means it’s all completed – done and dusted (for now).

I can't see all of the course.

Press f11 on your keyboard. This will make it full screen. Give it a try and you will see the course in all it’s glory.
