Therefore, we feel it is essential to designate you a fully trained person based in our Head Office in Sheffield and avoid placing you in a ticket system to speak to a computer-based expert. In essence, we build relationships with our clients through our support service, and often know home managers and admins by name.

The LMS system offer a range of standard reports as show in the image below to enable tracking of each individuals’ training and development.

These are also available in a hierarchy so you can access reports at Area Manager level and Head Off ice, only seeing the data for staff below your remit.

All reports can be made bespoke, if you have particular data you need to view we’ll create a bespoke report for you in order to do this.
